CITA invests side to side with a management team, to support a company plan. The quality of the team as well as the quality of the project are necessary conditions to our investment. We consider our relationship to entrepreneurs as a medium-long term partnership, based on a common development plan, the respect of professional ethics, and shared values such as loyalty and confidentiality.  
 

   Venture capital, Development capital and LBO

CITA’s interventions are diversified, depending on the needs and the development stage of the project :   

  Venture capital, for start-ups. CITA has developed a genuine expertise in information technology and biotechnology.

  Development capital for more mature companies, seeking financial investors to support their development plans.

  Leveraged buy-out, to enable the buy-out of a company by a management team, combining equity and debt financing. 
 

   A large range in sectors and amounts of investment 

CITA has no privileged sector, the main criteria of investment being the quality of the management team and the project. We invested in perfumes, embottling machines, printing activities, logistics services, price comparison on the internet, interactive TV (see comprehensive list on page Investments) 

Amounts invested vary from US$ 1 million (venture capital) to US$ 12 million (development capital and LBO).
